Do you find that writing notes to yourself has been replaced by writing emails to yourself? I send emails to myself reminding me to do things then forget that I wrote them ten seconds after hitting the send button. My Mail "bings" at me and I think "oh, I just got an email." Only its the email I just sent to myself.
